My charcoal and Smoke Gray Ionic looks exactly like the blue gray and silver gary

Just got the new ionic watch, I bought the Charcoal and Smoke Gray, the pack said so, yet it looks like the blue and silver. Is it just me or they look completely different in every picture online. When I called customer service they say I had the right one.

Am I going crazy? I have an old charge and charge 2 and the straps are way darker than they ones I received

At first I thought so too about mine, but don't worry, you have the right one. I "solved" the "problem" by buying a black sport strap. 🙂

Online preview doesn't match with the real color

My husband has the charcoal and I have the silver. They are easy to see as different from each other.  The metal part of his reminds me of the new black stainless appliances, where mine looks like regular stainless steel.  The bands are obviously different colors as well. One is a storm blue color and the other is dark gray, almost black

I ordered Charcoal - the Metal area I understand but the band is nowhere close to black.. !!

Since I have not started using it ... I m seriously considering to return my order.

I was a great fan of fitbit ... but not with the recent experience I had 😞

I agree. The band isn't black, more like charcoal gray.

Yes the band is a neutral dark black, if that makes sense. Kind of like the gray surrounding the Quote box above (at least it is on my monitor  Smiley Happy )

Post a pic...I also bought my charcoal/grey in January and I *think* I have the right one until I saw one on display in the store the other day and it looks much darker than mine...CF610BE0-3F87-4BDA-930B-945FCC2C5E7A.jpeg
