What do you mean by "divide"? Can you clarify your question, please?

If the heart rate sensor light is always blinking; please try the following workaround that helped me once I experienced the same:

• On your Ionic, go to the settings app (gear icon).
• Turn the heart rate option to off, sync your Ionic.
• Turn the option back on and sync your Ionic.
• The lights should turn off if you leave your tracker (without wearing it) on a surface.

Hope this helps. Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I would suggest restarting your Ionic by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.

Sorry, I'm not good english.
I did that but it still does not work. I waited for it to run out of battery and now it's working again after I charge it
