My Ionic died Friday. I tried all the different resets, cleaned the contacts, and tried repeatedly to charge it. Nothing worked. I spoke (chatted) with customer support today, and my warranty is up. They didn't offer to repair my Ionic. They only offered me a 25% discount on a new fitbit.
I honestly don't understand why I would want to waste another penny on a glorified watch that barely made it a year and a half.
Bottom line; don't buy a fitbit without an extended warranty!

@phixdj A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Ionic.
Fitbit doesn't have any repaired centers. However, our team is always offering troubleshooting before exploring another options. Each case is reviewed individually and the option offered is based in the Fitbit Warranty.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
