My fit bit ionic went dead and won’t charge. I’ve had it for about 15 months. It was 85% charged at 5:30 and by 6:45 it would turn on. I cleaned the back and charger with an alcohol pad, let it sit on the charger for 2 hours and nothing. Is it dead???

Mine is exactly the same as yours.  OK yesterday but just a black screen today.  Had it on charge for over 3 hours and still nothing.  Very annoying ....
