I sync my watch 4 times per day. I noticed especially after long runs or walks, it shows say 14000 steps, then after an hour it drop it to 2000 steps (nothing to do with midnight).
Also, unable to download music and the battery run out quickly.
I just reseted the watch, paired it with my new android phone. The problems still the same. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Hi Santi
Thanks for your reply,Not everyday, but it has happened at least 4 times, especially after long walks, the problem is in the watch not in the app.
I updated the software, the battery is much better .
For music i will follow the instructions

@Wael_m67 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for trying those steps to resolve this. It is very strange.
Are you experiencing this everyday? Do you happen to know what days did this happen to you? Usually, the restart helps resolving this kind of situations. Also, are the steps dropping on the watch itself or on the Fitbit app?
Regarding the battery, how many days is it lasting? Usually, the life of the battery depends on the usage. Please check these tips to maximize it. This should help you out.
For music, are you getting any error messages? I'd recommend using a strong Wi-Fi connection (better if it is on your house) in order to transfer music. Please check this article for more details.
You can also try the following option to transfer music to Ionic:
Please try this out and let me know how it goes. Keep me posted!
