My fitbit ionic is stuck on the update screen

After I updated my watch i checked the fitbit app and saw that it still said I needed to update??🤔🤔

And then it started to update AGAIN and now it's stuck on the green screen with the fitbit logo and my battery where it says 0% when it's 100%, help me😢💔💔

@Sea_Celeste, the Fitbit app will continue to show the update needs to be done until you sync the Ionic after the update.  Make sure the Ionic is plugged into the charging cable while doing the update.
