My ionic dead after updated new fireware

I have updated the latest Firmware V27.70.7.14 and restarted my Ionic device, now I am pressing the back button to start the device as usual but it is not starting. Help me if you have some suggestions.

Help will be appreciated.

You must press both the left and bottom right until it starts. Could be up to 20 seconds.
