I have had my watch since it first came out and loved it until two days ago when it stopped syncing with my iPhone. I have tried all the suggestions on the forum and now getting really frustrated with it. I have turned Bluetooth on and off, fully charged both items, deleted and restarted app. Can anyone help as ready to take it back!! 😕

Same thing happened with mine today -- Ionic wouldn't find my Bluetooth headphones and refused to sync. Not sure if this was the technique you tried, but I restarted mine successfully by holding the button on the left and bottom right button for 10 seconds until the FitBit logo appeared. All worked again once I did that.
You may have a defective watch though if those things you tried already didn't work. Try and contact them and see if they'll send you a replacement.

@Jennie2526, instead of turning Bluetooth off and on, use the Bluetooth settings to select the Fitbit device and tell it to Forget the Device. Then re-open the Fitbit app and try to sync it. This often fixes it.

Has it started working again? If not contact Fitbit. I have found them responsive. Mine didn’t sync a couple of times. I closed all other apps. Charged both objects and it worked. Frustrating when it doesn’t though! Good luck.
