Hello!

I just recently got the ionic adidas training Fitbit on 11/3/18 and it was working just fine and all of the sudden turned off and will not turn back on. It happened only 4 days after I got it. I tried to do all the factory resets and nothing is working. Is this happening to others? Any suggestions?

The only suggestion is to contact Support (link in my signature) or return it to the store you bought it. It sounds defective.
