Every time I try to sync my ionic to my phone it won’t do it. I have called already about the problem and they had me reset the ionic and phone and delete the app and download it again but it won’t sync still. Is there anyone else having this problem and what can I do to fix it. The ionic won’t even get my texts or calls anymore after I called for help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Desi7399, hope you're doing great! Are you using Wi-Fi to sync your Ionic to your iPhone 8? If so, can you please try using your cell data instead? If you are able to sync your tracker with your cell data without any trouble, I think that the issue might be coming from the Wi-Fi.
If this is the case, confirm your network type is compatible with your Fitbit watch by reviewing the supported network types in How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
After you verify the network is compatible, plug your watch into the charger and make sure it’s in range of your Wi-Fi network. For a stronger Wi-Fi connection, move your watch closer to your router. Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%.
Once you have verify that, sync again with Wi-Fi connection. If the issue persists, note that syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. Verify each requirement before moving on to the troubleshooting steps.
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!

Welcome on board @Leidysp_photogr, it's nice to see you here! While reading your post I was wondering if you tried the troubleshooting steps I've posted here?
If so, my first thought is that your Ionic might be no longer paired to your Fitbit account and that's why it's not syncing or connecting to your phone's Bluetooth. In order to solve this, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Ionic and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device".
Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.
Looking forward to your response!
