My phone is stuck on the Logo

I have tried the reset by holding the left and right lower button down but the logo just keeps popping back up. I also tried to hold all 3 buttons off but again the logo just keeps popping back up. It will not sync with the app and I can't see anything than the logo on the screen. I saw some direction about just keep holding the 3 buttons down but I never get the vibrate indicating it's ready. I'm at a total loss.
