I've been having serious difficulty in trying to unlock my 'Ionic fitbit watch' over 3weeks ,still counting. I've done several reset and deleting of app and re- downloading again, but I still can't access my Fitbit watch ( its telling me to unlock with my phone)..please kindly assist me! Thanks

@Ogbokohsteve it is really fairly simple and should take less than 30 seconds to unlock. 

 Basically you want to reset the pin code through the app. 

Open the app, log into your Fitbit account. 

Go to your Account settings and tap your tracker. 

Tap device lock and enter your phones unlock code. 

Tap Change Pin Code 

Set Pin for Fitbit Pay only.
