My watch won't charge the lights are not burning also on the back

Hello my name is Rob from the Netherlands i have a problem with my ionic. It wont charge anymore . Yesterday the battery was complete empty and now it won't charge the lights on the backside are not burning also?

Hello @SunsetRunner when the battery gets to low, your Ionic will turn off the heart rate and the flashing lights. 

 

As for charging I would clean both the back of the tracker and the top of the charging cord.This is where the magnet is and I find it frequently picks up metal particles.
