What a situation to be in!

  • Go to your phone's Fitbit App.
  • Tap on account (most likely on the top right corner).
  • If you see the Charge 2 there, you're using her account so scroll all the way down until you find the option to log out and simply log back in using your email.
  • If you see the Ionic there instead, go to this page. And remove MyFitnessPal from there, again... make sure you're logged into your account instead of hers.
  • If you have to disconnect MyFitnessPal from the Fitbit account as explained in the previous step, you may still need to manually delete the exercises that were already synced.

Also, it's very likely that she'll be needing to connect MyFitnessPal to Fitbit again so when she does that (MFP will ask her to grant access from the Fitbit Website, maybe with a pop-up window) make sure she logs into her account, not yours.
