Very frustrating...I can set my alarms only on my watch...I have no setting wheel on my app...I don't think everything downloaded....Not happy with this new one..I loved my charge 2 better.

You're not missing anything. For the Charge 4, Ionic and Versa models we can only set alarms on the device. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1868/
