NaN is showing where the mileage count should be

I'm not getting any data on my Fitbit Ionic. The mileage shows NaN and everything else shows ---. When I sync the device to my phone, it is syncing properly as it shows total steps and mileage on the phone, but there is still nothing displaying on the device. I tried resetting it and connecting it to my computer but no luck.

NaN is a computer error for "not a number".

That is usually a problem with that particular clock face.  Switching to another clock face usually fixes it.  The ones "by Fitbit" seem to be the most reliable to avoid such problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
