I am from South Africa and have tried phoning the Fitbit centre in USA and the call is just not answered – the service from this company has been SHOCKING. I have tried calling the service centre in Venray, Netherlands and that number is unavailable. I tried Moduslink in Appelsdoorn and did get through to somebody who promised to follow up on this for me, and never did. On subsequent attempts to call this number, it just rings.  I have sent umpteen emails since the 7th May, when the device was delivered and signed for, and nobody is bothering to reply, and I need answers. Fitbit has my device and promised to replace it within five working days. It is now 29 days and NO response has been received at all. The original reference number was 24366043 and then when I posted on the Fitbit complaints page (because they were not replying to my emails), they sent me an automated mail with another reference.
