Need help with my Fitbit account

I've been hacked as my email address of my account has been changed. This happened 24 hours ago and have sent numerous messages to tell Fitbit as I can't access my account. I've received no response (apart from the automated reply to say they have received my message and will get back to me as soon as they can). Can you please explain why there is such a delay getting back to me when this really should be dealt with as soon as possible. I've now set up my new account but feeling a bit fed up as I've now lost all my previous data and there seems to be no way of getting it back. Please help!!
