Need help with transferring music

I have read, watched videos and still can’t transfer music even with the dongle I paid for. Why is this so complicated? I have windows 10 and iTunes and still won’t connect to WiFi on computer. Just unbelievable that a product can give such a headache..

There is no need to any dongle. Just make sure the PC and the Ionic are on the same Wifi (Note: the wifi from your Ionic is set via Fitbit app on your smartphone).

I just paired and transfer my playlists (bought a new Dell XPS last week) very easily.

Let me start from the basics. Did you setup the wifi you are using on your Fitbit app on your smartphone?

If your wifi provides a normal connection and a 5ghz connection make sure your laptop is connected to the normal as the fitbit cannot connect to 5ghz. Took me a couple of hours to realize that's why I couldn't get them to sync. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response. I have 5ghz. Just got frustrated and still wouldn’t connect with WiFi. Still don’t have music transferred. Not in a hurry anymore.

That's probably the point, you need to make sure not to use the 5 GHz
