Never buying another FITBIT Product: Bluetooth & Wi-Fi issues

My Ionic worked fine for a few months, now it will not sync, doesnt record heart rate among other things. Constant pop ups about Bluetoorth also which will not work. Wasted 3 days of my life looking for a solution across the internet and community forums here. If I have to go in every few months to get a new one or get it fixed dont see the point.

Had my Ionic for over a year and it works great. Wife has had a Versa for over a year and works like a champ. We are Android people for what it is worth.

I am Android as well. The issue of the app, lies in the phone, they tested all the crap LG phones and only one higher end which doesn't include the model I have. The issue of the tracker lies in the WiFi not turning on and other functions which are not functioning. So time to switch.4.5 months of smooth running was all I got out of it.

I just spent 45 minutes - 1 hours with a Fitbit customer service employee then another supervisor - “ Patrice “ which is the most upsetting conversation I have ever had !!!.

i have a 3 1/2 year old Blaze, and of course since it is over the 1 year warranty they won’t stand behind their product and repair or replace it either ??, so anybody reading this review Please be aware that Fitbit DOESN'T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL !!, unless you purchase extended warranties etc ??, be aware that they seem to be quite OK that their products have a very short lifespan, and will not help to keep a customer satisfied ??.

BEWARE DO NOT BUYVA FITBIT ITEM - ANY ITEMS, AS THEY DONT CARE IF IT LASTS LONGER THAN THE 1 year WARRANTY AND WILL NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES AFTER THAT 1 year period, EV3N A SUPERVISOR LIKE THE 1 named Patrice that I got they keep saying it is past the warranty period ??.
Finally at the end of the lengthy discussion, a frustrated Supervisor - “ Patrice “ said she couldn’t replace it because the don’t make it anymore, and obviously will not upgrade to a new similar item ???.
