Okay here is my problem (and this is open for any suggestions as I think I just picked the only Ionic in the store that was faulty).
So I bought and unboxed my new Fitbit Ionic. I pressed the upper right side button to turn the device on (or at least activate the Fitbit logo screen...to begin the set-up process). Well, after I pressed the upper right button after a few seconds a battery icon with "0%" showed up for about 5 seconds and then disappeared.
I assumed then that the watched came completely drained...so I then plugged in the power cord and left the Ionic to charge for about 60 mins. When I came back to look...the watch screen had a still picture of the Fitbit logo... and would not change screens from this frozen logo no matter what buttons I pressed (separate or together). I left the fitbit on the charger for about another 60min thinking it was not fully charged, and or needed to resolve itself on its own). Sadly....about an hour later...still the Logo was frozen on the screen, and would not do anything what so ever.
Finally I held down all three buttons for about 10 Seconds, and the screen went blank. And This is where I am now. I cannot get the Fitbit Ionic screen to display anything anymore. When I plug it in, it does not turn on, nor give me any battery life info etc...
I was wondering if there is a button combo trick that would bring this device back to factory settings (other than the Hold down left button and lower right button combo - which I have already tried with no success).
Is my device a factory defect...or is there something I am doing wrong. Again this item was purchased brand new, and has never been used or charged before today. Any information to get this watch working would be GREATLY appreciated.
Sorry to ramble on...I just wanted to use my new Ionic...but it just doesn't seem to want to work.
Thanks Everyone.

The only button press combination is the one you have already tried.
As you say you bought it from a store, I think your best option is to return it and ask for a replacement device. Even if you do manage to get it to turn on, it sounds like there could be an underlying problem which could return later on down the line.

My Ionic was completely dead (had forgotten to hit "finish" after a walk). Initially, the display showed "0%", then nothing. The fix I found is to hold down all 3 buttons and then connect the charging cable. Fitbit logo comes up (let go of the buttons) and home screen appears.
