My wife has her new Ionic set up and syncing correctly with her Android phone and an account has been created. When she logs in to the web based Dashboard on her Windows 10 machine it seems the account it there but it says that no device is paired. I installed the app, which I didn't have to do on my Mac, and it wanted to go through the initial setup with a new device. I didn't have near this much trouble setting mine up. Again, she just wants to sync up with the web based dashboard and I can't find anything on why this is going wrong. Bluetooth on her laptop is on as it is on my Mac even though that doesn't seem to have anything to do with anything except transferring music. I'm at a loss here.

@RGraves Welcome to the Fitbit family! Do you see the Ionic paired on your wife's account on the Fitbit App? If you do, please make sure she is logging to her account on the computer using the same email address.
