New Ionic fitbit pay won't work

My last Ionic fitbit pay worked great. Customer support replaced it due to battery failure. I have since synced this new ionic with both my windows computer and android device. Now when I try to use fitbit pay, the Ionic says "Set up Wallet" and "No cards have been added in your Wallet". I'm using the same card as before, and I have deleted and re-added the card. The ionic syncs with both my computer and android(better than the first one honestly). Any ideas how to fix this?

Does your app show that a card has been added?

Yes, I've removed and re-added the card. I've also just uninstalled and reinstalled the app, opened up Fitbit pay and resynced. Still same message.

What does Fitbit support say?

Have you checked to make sure your credit card is supported still? Sometimes banks change the card payment network (eg visa to MasterCard) or like Wells Fargo you can add visa but not amex

?

And the issue here @Courville is that the card never gets loaded into the watch even when the bank supports Fitbit pay. The app says the card was loaded and connected to the bank it is not.

My first thought is, can you tell us what the problem is. You simply stated that you have the same problem. Rarely I find that the case @Gek1ne

I have the same issue. My fitbit app shows the card in the wallet, but my watch says no card has been added to the wallet. Seems like a bug. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting the watch, but nothing helped.

They sent me this link.

I checked that I followed the steps. I made sure the notification is also
turned on. But that hasn't helped.
