Hi All,
Upgraded from. Surge to ionic at the weekend as preferred the fitness features and overall design to Apple Watch, plus the better battery life.
1st one I purchased had a misaligned screen bezel, slightly lower on top left hand corner, went back to shop to have it replaced, sensors one is a lot better but there is a tiny gap at top of the screen bezel and houseing. Question is is this normal, the store did not have another one to check.
Other than that had no problems so far, will be testing GPS on a cycle tomorrow usual route logged with surge so will be able to compare.

Hi, @Drisc, without a picture I can only guess, but I wouod think that a tiny gap sounds okay as long as it is all properly aligned. I would suggest taking it for a swim fairly soon to test its waterproofness, If that goes well then your tiny gap should be nothing to worry about.
I also used to use a Surge and have been very happy with the Ionic upgrade. For me the function is similar, and I enjoy the extra features and find it much more comfortable to wear.
