I have a new Fitbit Ionic tracker, which has been synced with my phone and had the firmware updated, but I still can not get the Ionic watch to display time or anything other than the logo icon

Hi @Gason - I’d suggest trying a restart (see below). Sometimes this needs to be done several times. Let us know if this helps.

If the Restart that Howard suggests doesn't work, select a Clock Face in the App and download and install it to see if it will override the Logo.
