Am trying to set up new Ionic and the "screen' flashed red 0%. It is plugged into a socket adapter and I'm not seeing anything. I tested the charger cord on my wife's Ionic and it worked just fine. The new Ionic has been "charging" for about an hour and nothing seems to be happening.
I read on another stream that people had held down all three buttons and theirs reset. Tried that... nothing. Tried the left and bottom right button combination.... nothing.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@LaddyDaddy Sadly it sounds like a hardware issue, especially as you’ve tried the cable on another Ionic. A final step could be to check the contacts on the back are clean. Failing that, I suggest you contact CS and arrange for a replacement, if bought from Fitbit, or go back to where you purchased it.
