Yes, i've followed the help scripts with no luck. Ionic pairs via bluetooth but won't find TALKTALK router automatically. Manually entering the SSID and password results in an error message 'can't find network use another network'. Router is operating at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, with all other devices connected to 5GHz.
Have tried with bluetooth On & Off. Have reconfigured router to separate 2.4 & 5 with different passwords. Still no luck.... any ideas welcomed.

Thanks for the advice. I'd found similar online and it didn't resolve. After much head scratching it came down to a neighbour's new router swamping my chosen 2.4GHz channel. Alternative selected and the ionic connected immediately. Thanks again

Welcome to the Community @JFP26. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to confirm you're following this procedure to add a Wi-Fi network. If you're but your Wi-Fi is still not connecting, try the following troubleshooting:
If you still can't connect your watch to Wi-Fi, continue to step 2.
Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (known as "unpairing").
Note that you must set up notifications again after unpairing your watch from your phone. For instructions, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

It was good of you to report back. I suspect your experience will be useful to others with that issue.

What do you mean "swamping" your 2.4G channel? Was your neighbor on your wifi?
