New Ionic won’t update to use.

Hey,

so my ionic died yesterday, blank screen, wouldn’t turn on etc... tried all the reset options and nothing worked.

 

went and bought a new one (didn’t realise there was similar issues from this thread) and tried to install and it kept failing.

 

tried it with WiFi and Bluetooth using both my phone and laptop and nothing works.

 

i now have 2 ionic’s! 1 won’t turn on and is blank screen or just continuously vibrates, the other, brand new and can’t uodste software to use!

I believe there was a system wide issue stopping firmware updates yesterday that has now been fixed. If you have not yet done so, give it another try.
