Hi, @Burno45, you will need to be more specific about what problems you are having and/ or what error messages you are receiving before anyone can help.

 

Are you living in the USA or Australia?  I believe these are the only places where Fitbit Pay currently works

 

Is your bank supported?  Even if you are in the USA or Australia your bank may not work.

 

If it is some other problem and you can be mor specific about it, please post again.  There is always someone here to try to help.  Welcome to the forums!
