Hi,

I just received my new Ionic. I have had it charging for 5 hours now and it will not turn on. The screen is black and the lights behind the watch are not on. I have tried pressing the left and bottom right button to "reset" but nothing happens. Is there something I am missing? Is there some secret "on" button I don't know about. I getting a bit frustrated as I purchased this watch as a replacement for my Charge 2 that died

I to upgraded from Charge 2 to Ionic....I would return it asap!!!  I have been very frustrated with this fitbit watch.  The only way I could charge my watch was on a computer.  If I tried anywhere else it wouldn't charge...I should of returned it then.  It just recently stopped charging from my computer, I have tried restarting, cleaning using different computers, outlets to get it going again....fitbit did send me a new charging cable but unfortunately did not work either. I am 6 months over the warranty, they offered me 25% off another product or 40% off a new Ionic......getting an Apple Watch, much better reviews
