I have turned restarted this phone, off other phones, turned off Bluetooth, turned on Bluetooth, and tried to get my phone to pair for almost 2 weeks. It won't work. Anyone have ideas? It gets to the point of saying "Found It!" and won't connect to tracker. I've let it sit over night without pairing

The same thing happened to me I have tried everything I’ve seen on here and none of it worked. I don’t know what to do now.

Same thing happened to me. Here is what I found out. Fitbit gives you compatibility with your device for a short period of time, after that it will stop working if your device 'isnt compatible'. I have an LG phone that runs on Android. Guess what....NOT COMPATIBLE. So, I put the FitBit app on my IPad and THAT DID WORK, and restored my data that seemed LOST.
