So, I just got the Samsung S9 plus and now I can't receive my notifications on my ionic. When I go under "enable notifications" there aren't even any options for the ones I want(i.e. text, Facebook, email). What gives?

Have you clicked on the three dots in the upper roghtrand enabled notifications? 

Have you clicked on App notifications? 

Could you post a screen sjotsso we can see what your asking abput.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app?

 

It would appear that the Galaxy S9+ isn't yet a supported device. This might explain why you are running into problems.
