Hello, I have just replaced my Fitbit Through Fitbit. attached it through Bluetooth and paired it and Synced it and it doesn't give me any option to Update the firmware but it is soft locked and I can find a descriptive reason other that my computer doesn't recognize it.. It's brand new. I've removed it from my phone and account And bluetooth.. ..I cant update if from anypoint and can't change some setting, eg .Device Lock etc. I've eliminated myself in to oblivion with this one. Could make my way past it or get around and thing. It's a brand new watch. It would be nice to get a pulse out of this one.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. If you're not receiving the update right away, please make sure your watch is syncing throughout the day and check that you have installed the latest Fitbit app version. After this, please give it some days and let me know the result.
In case you're seeing the option to update but your computer isn't recognizing it, follow the tips on this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? Also I would like you to clarify if your Ionic is working properly besides this or if you're unable to use it.
