My Ionic is not function as normal anymore after this update.
- Spending time with update for over 3 days. Keep unpaired, connect, failed, connect and unpaired in never ending loop. How could you cannot find Bluetooth? I put phone + Fitbit at the same spot.
- After done with updating, my nightmare is not over. My Ionic keep rebooting like crazy. I would say every 5-10 mins.
I did not pay for device that required such a high maintenance like this. I just want fitness tracker that is smart. It does not function as expect...
Please do not ask me to reboot or unpaired again since I have to go back to update again....

Those are unusual symptoms after the upgrade. I would recommend contacting Fitbit Support so they can take a closer look at what's going on.

Could you give feedback to your team for this difficulty we are experiencing?
I know you guys are trying your best but this is supposed not to happen.
You can see tremendous complaints. Fitness tracker is intimate device that we wear daily and with us 24 hours. Also, Ionic costs not far behind actual smartwatch price in the market. It feels I made the wrong decision.
