No Call or Text notifications on my Ionic

It's been a while since I got a text or call notification on my Ionic watch. Today I am at work and am expecting a call and know how important it would be to get that notification on my wrist so I don't miss the call. With that said I have restarted my ionic, updated my fitbit app on my phone, checked all my notification permissions and hit "send test call" and NOTHING happens, not even the test call. What is wrong?

The test call notification rarely works for me, but I still receive notifications on my Ionic. I think it may be a bug with the test. You could try ringing your phone from a different phone (if you have access to one) to confirm that your call notifications are working.

@KMC509 I have twice somehow turned off notifications on the device itself. If you push and hold the left button a screen will come up, scroll right until you see options for Screen Wake and Notifications.  Make sure Notifications are set to on.

Tried calling my phone twice from my workphone. 😞
