Hello,
use WM10 (last Build) and Android devices (store entree: Diese App ist mit allen deinen Geräten kompatibel.) - this App is compatible wit your device ....
So, the App stop Paring after PIN, or BT Pairing didn't work.
This Issue, i have on all WM10 devices and Android devices with Fitbit IONIC, BLACE, Surge.
All Fitbit products for the trash?
I know, many other peoples in this Community have same issues.

Hey there @TheAssimiator, it's nice to see you around the forums! I'm so sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Fitbit trackers and your devices.
Since you're using the Android app and Windows 10, see this requirements in order to get your tracker paired.
- Is your mobile device supported by Fitbit?
- Keep in mind that you can't set up your tracker fom your device's Bluetooth screen; you must open the Fitbit app and follow the on-screen intructions.
- The software on your mobile device is up to date. To see if an update is waiting to be installed:
- The Bluetooth setting on your mobile device is "On"
- (Android only) Double check the following information about your mobile device:
