According to my Ionic I am dead. Can not get it to pick up my HR at all.

Mine has found defective and has been sent back to the US. Just awaiting confirmation of arrival and eta of replacement

Mine was brand new out of the box and certainly wasn’t dirty... but it wouldn’t work on anyone else either so was definitely faulty
