No Heartbeat, No Steps, Fast Drain on Battery

This started two days ago, but I went for a bike ride and then a run and my Iconic tracked everything. Got done and an hour later my Ionic was dead from a full charge that morning. Got it charged back up, put it on. It's not registering any steps or heart beat. I am approximately loosing 1% of battery every minute from 100% and then it dies.

Steps already taken:

1. Updated Clock Face

2. Changed Clock Face

3. Factory Reset - 3 Time so far.

Can anyone point me into the right direction of what to do next?

My Ionic is only about 18 months old, I wear it every day. Is this just the life span of the electronics? Am I going to have to find another watch?
