It's been over a year now, I have called numerous times. Everytime I get a "We will escalate your case number. You should receive something via email in a couple of weeks." I don't get a **ahem** thing! Don't ever purchase anything from fitbit! When **ahem** hits the fan, you're basically out money, no smartwatch, and they hope you forget about the money they owe you.
