No Ionic sleep score

Last week, the ionic was taking minutes to change screens when looking at sleep stats. I updated to 3.41 and now I can change screens but have gotten no sleep score for last 2 days despite 6+ hours each night and the ionic recording stage changes and durations.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Osan18.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score, note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear. I recommend doing the following if the issue persists:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps!

Thank you. I rebooted my phone after closing the app and the scores appeared. Not sure why, but the app has been very 'glitchy' the last few weeks - running slowly and then this.
Thanks, Again
