I was in the pool yesterday and noticed my fitbit ionic was dead. I thought it was a battery issue so I charged it. The fitbit logo came on the screen but nothing else happened. Then I left it charging overnight. I've tried multiple outlets and power sources and nothing is charging it. I've cleaned the charger and tried resetting with the back and bottom button like all the forums from 2 years ago suggest. I'm so disappointed, I love my Ionic. Is there anything else you suggest?

Hi @Kayla2,
Have you tried drying the Ionic out in white rice? This might help get rid of residual water residue which may be preventing the watch from charging.
