I’ve got a replacement Ionic & I’m not receiving call or message notifications although all synced up as I get diary reminders. Didn’t get them on my old

one either. So annoying. Have iPhone know there was an issue but come on Fitbit how long does it take to correct?

It's pretty that you're not getting notifications in your replacement Ionic. I would like you to confirm you have followed this procedure to set your notifications properly. 

 

Also, please double check that Do Not Disturb mode or Sleep Mode are on, this will avoid that your watch received notifications. Are you receiving any third-party app notification at all?
