No charging anymore from my Fitbit Ionic

In November I get my Fitbit Ionic. But everytime than I charge my Ionic it was terrible. Sometimes it won't charge and sometimes it will charge. I try another cable and charger. But nothing helped. For the moment my Ionic won't charge anymore. Now I know why.

The charge contacts on the Ionic are not all similar. The one in the middle is much smaller.

for now I have borrowed an other ionic from a friend. And that one charge normal. And the contacts are all simular.

Please help me, so that my own also will work again.

If neccesary I can send a photo off it.

Did you try cleaning the contacts of the Ionic with a little rubbing alcohol.  I have experienced the same with charger. Give that a try they can get quite dirty.

I had tried it many times, but without result. Now i borrowed another Ionic i can see that the middle contact is much smaller than the other 2. That is not normal.
