No low battery notifications with Ionic

Guys I’m running the latest firmware, myfitbit never tell me I’m running low on battery usage. 

 

Battery life is good just sick of all a sudden bam dead watch. 

 

It used to tell me a a while ago when it was low or full for that matter.

I’d love some presets Eg 25% 10% ect

@Gros21 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are currently experiencing with low battery notifications. I'm glad the battery power on your watch is working correctly.

 

In this case, please try to reset the low battery notifications option on your online dashboard. Go to your settings > notifications > disable low battery notifications for mobile and email > save. Then enable them again and save. Check the screen shot below:

I double checked that both those were checked and I'm still not getting notified that I have a low battery.
