I used to receive an email when my Ionic battery was getting low. Although this notification is still turned on, I no longer get the notification. How can this be fixed?

@Docsmyth Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're no longer receiving this notification.
I would like you to remove the notification from your app, log out from it and force quit it. Once you've done this, log back in and check the notification once again. Can you let me know if you're using Android or iOS? Which Fitbit app version do you have?
Also, keep in mind that your Ionic needs to be syncing in order for your to receive the notification.
Keep me posted.
