I requested a refund regarding the ionic Recall on 04/11/2024, the deactivation of the device went smooth.
The process was done correctly, but for some reason I did not receive a refund on Paypal.
I contacted Paypal and was informed that I would have to request the money to be resent.
I tried to resolve the problem via telephone support in Brazil, and was instructed to use the American chat. I explained everything in chat and they said it wouldn't be possible to resolve it there.
They asked me to call the international number, but my English is not perfect for a call.
Now I have no refunds, and no working ionics
