No refund received for Fitbit Ionic recall

Hi!

I have signed up for the recall on two of my ionics on March 27th. The deactivation of the device went smooth, and I got the email that I should receive the payment in 3-6 weeks.

It has been 8 weeks since, and no refund has made it's way to me. Fitbit has not kept up with their part of the agreement. Now I have no refunds, and no working ionics 😞

The phone number to contact support in my country (the Netherlands) is not active, so there is no way to get in contact.

Can someone please help me to get this figured out? By now it's time to get this refund over with.
