No resting heart rate and sleeping stage since March 20

Hi all,

My Ionic stopped giving the resting heart rate and sleeping stages since last Tuesday (March 20, 2019). So far I have done the following:

- shut off and restart watch

- re-install app

- factory reset

Unfortunately it has not improved.  also sometime it gives me a some random heart rate like 145 bpm just from standing up and taking a few steps 🙂

Any suggestions as to what I should try next?

Thank you in advance

Check your heart rate graph to see if you are getting steady heart rate readings through the night.

The way to see the best detail of this is on the fitbit.com dashboard.  Look at the wide graph with 2 drop-down menus near top left.  Select heart rate and Daily.

If tracker is slipping around on your wrist to not keep good readings, that might cause those problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
