No sleep or steps recorded, 3 days; time incorrect

I hadn't checked my steps or sleep for a few days. The watch is charged. Noticed yesterday the time is incorrect. It says 839a now; my phone says 903a. Won't sync. The app just keeps saying it is syncing. Been doing that since yesterday.

Restart it several times and then try syncing again. The time should correct when it syncs.

Done that. Did not work. Have turned Ionic off/on 6 times now.  Still shows same (wrong) time and doesn't sync. Checked bluetooth. Checked app versions.

Got it done. Latest app update was not applied. It used to alert me but did not this time. Went out and applied and i'm back in business. New update January 10, 2019. Version 28.something. 😎

Well. Software updates 1 day in a row of syncing. Now not driving. Again. And time is slow by about 15 minutes. This is frustrating.... The Ionic has been my worst Fitbit purchase. I've liked most of the others,  with Charge HR my fav. But I have to have wristbands exchangeable because i'm allergic to the plastic/silicone bands.
