I just got the iconic last night and tried the sleep tracker for the first time. I told it when I was going to sleep and then told it when I woke up. When I woke up it did not give me the sleep stages it only told me when I was awake and that there were no stages. I have the firmware version 27.31.1.16 with no updates in Google play. Why is it not tracking my sleep stages?

hi @HeatherEddy and welcome to the Fitbit Family. The reason your Ionic didn't track your sleep is probably because you used the "Start Sleep Now" function in the app, is that correct? Using this option will not get you "Sleep Stages". This option is just for the tracker models that are not wrist-worn. All you have to do to get the "Sleep Stages" to work is just that...go to sleep!
As for the firmware update, you will not find it in the Google Play store. It will be in the app, I believe in your Account Settings (the little icon that looks like a credit card). Next to your tracker in your Account Settings should be a little pink arrow. Tap it and your tracker will start to update. However, when I did this update, it took a while so you may want to use a computer instead of a phone if you can and make sure your tracker is on the charger, as this update can take a while.
Hope this helps!

You are in the current firmware version I believe.
